Cosmic Flow  

This practice focuses on harnessing the cosmic energy of the day, incorporating a ritual to bring balance to this energy and for a deeper connection to the universe. 

Enjoy the Cosmic flow to get out of the thinking mind and into working with the universe as a tool for learning about and expressing yourself, healing, and personal growth. Your practice will be a space and time for you to take a break from the daily grind to focus on your wellness, through breath work, physical movement, meditation, and intention.

Yin & Restorative with Reiki 

In this practice you will listen to the teacher chant while meditatively guided in and out of Asana (movement). Each posture will be held for 3-6 minutes. This practice closes with a guided meditation infusing universal life force energy in to the space.

This class is the ultimate in self-care. You’ll focus on gentle Yin  movement, longer holds, deep breaths, and learning the art of letting go to stretch, relax, and restore. Your practice will emphasize relaxation and stress reduction with the use of essential oils, reiki healing, Yin restorative yoga postures, and chant.

Musical Meditation  

Explore various methods of using sound and vibration for opening up the mind and heart to raise your spirits and brighten your day. This joyful class will include gentle postures and movement, with extended savasana and various techniques to explore your own voice and internal rhythm!

Explore Hatha  

An exciting and vibrant introduction to the traditional yoga practice that will leave you feeling uplifted and inspired. You’ll work with cultivating balance, alignment, and mindfulness as you move through physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and guided relaxation.

Yin/yang  

A perfect midday practice designed to help you unwind and refocus/reconnect, as well as helping you re-energize and get an energy boost.
The first half of the class works on helping you centre and find your calm through breath work,  meditation and chakra opening gentle poses (the yin), followed by a strengthening and energizing flow (the yang). We'll close with meditation and sound healing. All will leave you feeling balanced and ready to tackle the rest of your day!

Chakra meditation   

To focus on our chakras, aka the subtle energy body, allows us to promote the flow of energy through our bodies, opening up ourselves to increased prana, increased life flow, increased power, and increased health.

We will be focussing on each chakra, opening and visualizing each chakra wheel spinning which is a result of polaric currents of ida and pingala. This allows us to connect with our energy centres, and open up to the flow of each chakra. Focussing on each chakra, and spending time there, allows us to help remove blockages, therefore increasing the energy and life flow within us. Chakra balancing helps heal mind, body, and soul. 

Each chakra will be explored through meditation and sound healing. Spirit drums, healing bowls, tingshas, and tibetan bells will be used corresponding with the vibration  of each chakra.
